- Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water. - Mix the mayonnaise with the crushed garlic and herbs. Drain the potatoes and lightly crush with a fork and stir in the garlic mayonnaise, season well (save 2-3 tablespoons for serving). - Meanwhile pan fry the fish until golden. - Divide the potatoes between four warmed plates place the fish on top. Serve with lemon wedges and freshly cooked green beans. |
