1) Job Title: Receptionist
Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.
Job Responsibilities

2)Management Accountant
  • Food service Sales Executives

Job Responsibilities
• Responsibility for the territory/ region to acquire new food service accounts
• Achieve food service sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals for the assigned territory / region
• Provide superior customer service
• Activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
•  Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results.
• Ability to launch new products for hotels, restaurants, and cafes (HORECA), as well as other institutional Sales, Shipchandliers, Catering companies, etc  

Key skills
§  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in the UAE   (within a Multinational environment – advantage)
• Must be fluent in English and Arabic. Other languages proficiency is added advantage
• University Degree Holder  (Hospitality/ Hotel Management is preferred but not essential)
• Hands on Sales experience to the food service industry
• Experience selling to Hotels, Restaurants and Cafes

• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Computer literate (Word, Excel and Power Point)


3)Management Accountant
 
Job Purpose
 
To analyse and report on key financial data within the organisation ensuring that managers receive timely, accurate and relevant information.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
 
·        To produce timely and reliable management information reports on a monthly basis.

·        To investigate variances against budgets and provide analysis of differences.

·        Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and cashflow forecasts.

·        Hold monthly meetings with management to discuss the budgetary position and agree action plans where required.

·        Assist in setting pricing strategy  cross channels
·        Line profitability reports
·        Provide What IF analysis - effect of sales mix, price change, discount change, COGS change on overall company profitability over certain period
·        Participate the Sales & Operations Planning Meetings
·        Ad hoc reports as per requirement 

Skills / Attributes Required
 
? Fully qualified or passed finalist of one of the professional accountancy bodies
? Demonstrable experience of working in management accounting or financial management.
? Good knowledge of budgeting and forecasting issues and techniques.
? Strong knowledge of SAP FICO Accounting Systems (or similar).
? Effective communication and interpersonal skills
? Fully proficient in Excel (Data capture and analysis)
